We believe a home should reflect the personality of the ones who live there. It should be a place where the people and things you love surround you. Perfection is never the goal. Beautiful spaces are most often imperfect and full of character. Just like the people who live in them.

TEAMWORK
Dave and I have always believed that a home should tell a story. Dave is an incredible craftsman, builder, and general contractor with a passion for restoring old homes and preserving the character that makes them special. Whether he’s renovating a historic property, building a custom home, or crafting furniture by hand, he pours care, quality, and integrity into every detail. He even mills much of his own lumber and works alongside talented local artisans to bring each project to life.
I lead the design side of our business and truly love helping create spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and lived in. From lighting and hardware to paint colors, furniture, and finishes, I enjoy all the little details that turn a house into a home. Building or remodeling can feel overwhelming, so one of my favorite parts of the process is helping homeowners make decisions with confidence and creating homes that feel timeless, meaningful, and full of heart.
FARM LIFE
Dave and Jenny Marrs live in a rescued and restored farmhouse where they have cobbled together a farm life full to the brim with five kiddos, mud puddles galore and too-many-to-count farm animals.
